At the heart of Domaine de la Bretesche, gastronomy is guided by the seasons, the kitchen garden, and the Breton terroir. Under the direction of Chef Filipe Silvestre, Brasserie Le Club embodies the estate’s dining experience.
At lunchtime, the spirit of a brasserie comes to life through generous, simple, and flavourful cuisine. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate and the dishes gain in refinement. To extend the evening, the Bar des Écuries invites guests to enjoy cocktails and fine spirits in the intimate setting of the estate’s former stables.
In the morning, the Montaigu area offers a gourmet breakfast overlooking the lake and the château.
BRASSERIE
Le Club
At Brasserie Le Club, elegance and conviviality come together in a contemporary setting.
At lunchtime, the spirit of a brasserie is expressed through generous, simple, and flavourful cuisine, inspired by seasonal produce from the Breton terroir and the estate’s kitchen garden. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate and the menu more daring, revealing dishes with deeper and more refined flavours.
In fine weather, the terrace invites guests to linger and enjoy the moment overlooking the putting green.

des Écuries
At Bar des Écuries, the soul of the Domaine reveals itself in a hushed setting, where former horse stalls have become private alcoves for quiet conversations. Between burnished leathers, polished wood, and soft lighting, the atmosphere evokes the intimacy of an exclusive club.
Signature cocktails, rare whiskies, and exceptional digestifs are savored to the rhythm of unhurried conversations. Each glass extends the magic of a dinner at Le Club, within the timeless charm of stone walls where time itself seems to stand still.

at Le Montaigu
In the morning, Le Montaigu welcomes guests in an elegant, light-filled setting overlooking the lake and the château. In this peaceful atmosphere, breakfast becomes a true moment of pleasure, easing you gently into the day.
Pastries, artisan breads, seasonal fruits and local products compose a generous buffet designed to awaken the senses. To be savoured at the gentle rhythm of the landscape coming to life, before setting off to discover the estate and the surrounding nature.

From March 30 to April 8, experience the spirit of Easter at La Bretesche.
On the program: nature-themed activities in the square courtyard, a Great Easter Egg Hunt, workshops focused on biodiversity, and a festive menu imagined by our Chef to delight both children and adults.
